There are in total 487 clans. The newer and less active clans can be found from their own page. You can ask questions from the clan section's admins.

A clan can be granted a VIP status, which entitles the clan to extra functions. VIP clans can also get new functions for test use before the other clans.
The VIP title is given by the Clan Committee, which consists of the next users:
Ordinarily the clan must meet the criteria below, but exceptions can be made
The maximum amount of VIP clans is 25.
VIP status can be removed if the clan's actions are not up to standard.

VIP clans?
A clan can be granted a VIP status, which entitles the clan to extra functions. VIP clans can also get new functions for test use before the other clans.
The VIP title is given by the Clan Committee, which consists of the next users:
Ordinarily the clan must meet the criteria below, but exceptions can be made
- The clan has been active for 10 months minimum.
- The clan has functioned in an active and exemplary manner
- The clan has at least 6 members
- The clan's administration doesn't have lower than three star users, and furthermore not one of the administrators have lost a star in the past three months. If an admin of a VIP clan loses a star he must remove himself from the clan's administration until he gets the star back and the three months have passed.
The maximum amount of VIP clans is 25.
